SUPPORTIVE RUNNING AND ULTRARUNNING COACHING
Build toward your next running goal with a coach in your corner.
Bee Ultra Ready is my coaching space for runners who want structure, encouragement, and steady support through every part of training. Whether you're preparing for your first big distance, returning to running, or building toward an ultra, I'll help you take the next step with confidence.
I'm a certified ultrarunning coach helping runners feel supported, capable, and ready for the next step.
My philosophy
Coaching for the whole runner, not just the training plan.
My approach combines practical running guidance with the kind of support people need when training feels hard, messy, emotional, or uncertain. My role is not just to hand over a plan. I'm here to help you take the first step, build consistency, and stay connected to the goals that matter to you. The goal is not just to complete a distance. I want to help you become steadier, stronger, and more confident on the way there, especially when training does not go perfectly to plan.

What my athletes say
Feedback from the Hive.
"Bianca genuinely cares and is 110% invested in you, which really shows in how she coaches. My program was tailored to me, and I actually enjoyed following it!"
~ Lisa J.
"As an older athlete, I need consistency, strength, endurance, and to stay injury-free. Bianca gave me programs that challenged me without overdoing it. I loved the intervals and long hikes."
~ Sue R.
"I really love the run/walk method... you're not focusing on the whole distance, you're just focusing on the next interval."

What if I miss a session or training does not go to plan?
That is completely normal. We adjust, refocus, and keep moving forward instead of chasing perfection.
Do I need to be consistent already before I start coaching?
No. Coaching is there to help you build consistency in real life, including busy weeks, doubt, setbacks, and restarts.
How do you support runners when training feels hard?
You get structure, encouragement, and practical guidance so tough weeks do not become the end of the journey.
